How long have you been in business?
I have been in the financial services industry for over 13 years and founded Lion's Share in 1996.
What is your primary product or service?
Retirement planning, wealth management, college savings plan, insurance and estate planning.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Helping people identify and prioritize their financial goals has been a long-term interest of mine. As I saw the traditional retirement structure of defined pensions and Social Security undergoing dramatic changes, I became even more committed to helping people plan their retirement to ensure they will not outlive their financial safety net.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a team of 6 professionals that place client objectives, responsiveness and service at the forefront of the advisor/client relationship. With a combined 80 years of experience in the financial services industry, our investment team brings a historical perspective to the financial planning process. Plus, our status as an independent firm allows us to offer a wide breadth of investment options to our clients and prospective clients. Our services are complemented by an in-house attorney who can assist with tax and estate planning issues.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our office is located in the heart of East Cobb, near the East Cobb Park. We can service all of our clients in the metro area from this office and are also licensed to sell investments and insurance products in several other states. Contact us for a full listing of states.

From I-75 take exit #263 Marietta/Southern Poly/Roswell onto S. Marietta Parkway SE (GA 120 Loop E) toward Roswell. At the end of the ramp make a right. Go 3.3 miles. Make a U turn at Providence Road light. 3535 Roswell Road - Providence Park is on the right. After turning into the office park, make a left and Suite 57 is on your right.
