How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since 2007, helping small businesses and professionals across the nation.
What is your primary product or service?
Officebeam's primary service is support. We support anyone who is looking for a helping hand to run their business. We know that hiring staff is not always the most cost effective way to grow a business. When you work with us you get 100% productivity, customized support, and more time to do what you do best.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked as an office professional for over 10 years. I've started off as a Clerk for a Government County office and worked my career path as a successful and busy Executive Administrative Professional for a Corporation.
Although I loved my career, I did not enjoy the long work weeks, lack of "me time", and hectic not-so-flexible schedule. I inquired about working remotely but I was only granted to do so one day per week.
It wasn't until I was injured after a bad car wreck and I lost my job due to the amount of time I spent trying to recover. My sister owned a business and wanted me to move to help her run it as a way to get back on my feet. However, moving was not the best option for me and my daughter. So I suggested I help her from home. I organized a plan that would allow me to support her business from my home office and another state...and it worked! I even helped her sell the business once she decided to pursue another venture.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
One thing about Officebeam is that personal touch. Each client gets one-on-one attention from the business owner. We go through problems, potential solutions, and then come up with a workable plan that everyone is happy with.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are located in Georgia. The great thing about is is that we can work from anywhere and are clients can be anywhere too. We've helped clients across the hall, across the nation, and across the world.
