Initially was a restaurant manager and realized the need for a higher level of professionalism and communication in the janitorial/cleaning industry
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
In two primary ways. The first being that we are large enough to handle large needs but small enough to care about them, meaning that our customers don't get lost in the shuffle.The second being that we are a problem-solving company. We customize our work to the job in front of us and don't just settle for it wasn't on the checklist.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This business does not revolve around our locations, it revolves around our customer's locations, so we have as many as they do. We focus on retention and long-term relationships. We find that constant expansion is a challenge to quality so we plan to do quality work and figure the expansion will follow.
