How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Was always interested in Real Estate and am very people motivated. I always believe that if I do my job correctly, I will be compensated equitably.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am the Realtor who is not afraid to get his hands dirty and I answer my own phone. I have never forgotten who I work for and represent.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We concentrate our business in one main area, East Cobb. We do handle homes outside of this area, but East Cobb is our preferred service area

75 north to exit 267a, first light turn right onto sandy Plains road. Go 6 miles to Left onto Pete Shaw Road. The 3rd right is our street. 6 property on right
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, personal checks, money orders, credit cards
Which areas do you service?
We have properties as far north as Adairsville and as far south as Fayetteville and as far west as Carrollton. We don know do much inside of 285 or do we travel to the east side of Atlanta or GA 400
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
John Suarez is the owner and I run the business with the help of 8 other support staff and maintenance personnel. We have established a relationship with every possible professional tradesman needed to handle any service necessary to keep a home running smoothly
What are your hours of operation?
The office is open from 7 am till 5 pm Monday thru Friday @ 770 591-5406. The broker is available 24/7 for emergencies.
